Rabbi Brown received his BA from University of Florida in 1995. He studied at Tel Aviv University and completed his MBA at Bar-Ilan University. Fluent in Hebrew & Spanish, volunteered as Foreign Relations Correspondent for Former Prime Minister Shimon Peres.​ After a successful career in Real Estate, Rabbi Brown completed his MA at the Jewish Theological Seminary. He was Director of Inter-religious Affairs for American Jewish Committee (AJCLA) and was ordained at Academy of Jewish Religion, CA in 2010.​ Randy proudly serves as Rabbi at Arlington National Cemetery & Walter Reed National Medical Center. Randy lives in Washington, DC, with his wife Cantor Arianne Brown and their three sons Yonah, Nati and Caleb.

With extensive experience in tourism and five years managing the MICE department, Tanya specializes in leading complex operations for inbound tourism, missions, and official delegations. Skilled in team leadership, supplier negotiation, and workflow optimization, Tanya has successfully overseen high-profile events and itineraries, fostered strong supplier partnerships, and contributed to our reputation as a leading DMC in Israel.

Originally from Toronto, Debbi brings over 36 years of experience in tourism, including 30 years specializing in travel to Israel. She designs customized journeys for the Jewish market, 

with a particular focus on Bar/Bat Mitzvah celebrations and meaningful experiences for couples.

Experienced in managing a full spectrum of travel services, including FITs, private car arrangements, and group tours. Skilled in coordinating high-end programs and creating specialized itineraries for Jewish heritage and Christian pilgrim groups, with expertise in seamless logistics, attention to detail, and delivering tailored experiences that meet diverse client needs.

Talya has spent 10 years working in Israeli tourism. Originally from New Jersey, she made Aliyah to Israel 14 years ago. After completing her degrees in psychology and counterterrorism, Talya transitioned into the tourism industry. Throughout her career, she has specialized in tailor-made travel, with a particular focus on Jewish travel. Her expertise ranges from family trips to federation missions of various scales.

Laura brings more than 45 years of experience in Jewish and Israel-focused travel. An Israel specialist, she has visited the country more than 65 times and traveled extensively throughout the region. Her deep connection to Israel includes celebrating her daughter’s Bat Mitzvah on Masada, volunteering in Israel, and educating Jewish communities through lectures and radio. After owning and managing a travel agency for 25 years, Laura joined Jewish Gateways and has spent the past decade representing Amiel Tours to the North American travel community. Her belief is simple: there is no substitute for experiencing Israel in person.
