More Than a Tour
A Mission of Solidarity

DAY 1

Welcome to Israel! Upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, you will be assisted and transferred to Tel Aviv for hotel check-in and time to relax. In the evening, enjoy a festive opening dinner at Malka Restaurant, featuring modern Israeli cuisine. Meet Joe Perlov for an interactive “Changing Maps of Israel” session exploring the region’s history and current dynamics, followed by return to the hotel.

DAY 2

After breakfast and check-out, meet your private guide and depart the hotel. Visit The Squadron for a unique hands-on experience inspired by Israeli Air Force training, including a briefing and a simulator flight. Continue to Daliyat al-Carmel for lunch with traditional Druze hospitality at the house of the last mukhtar. Visit the Holocaust Memorial Gallery for a meeting with artist Buthaina Halabi and a guided overview of her work. Transfer to the hotel for check-in and dinner.

DAY 3 

After breakfast, meet your guide and head north for a short hike in the Tel Dan Nature Reserve, where you can explore the lush landscape and ancient ruins of the Biblical city. Continue with a 4x4 jeep tour of the Golan Heights to learn about its natural beauty and strategic significance. Lunch at Iyoni in Metula, a local social hub with a meaningful historic story. Tour Metula with Liat Cohen Raviv to learn about regional civic initiatives, followed by a visit to Ramot Naftali Winery for a guided tour and wine tasting. Return to the hotel for dinner.

DAY 4

After breakfast, depart with your private guide for a geo-political tour of the northern border, including a strategic briefing with a researcher from the ALMA Research and Education Center on developments along the Lebanese and Syrian borders. Continue to the ALMA Center for a hands-on security crisis simulation, where participants assume the roles of Israeli Cabinet members and respond to real-time scenarios. Enjoy a BBQ lunch with soldiers, followed by a return to the hotel for a free afternoon and dinner.

DAY 5

After breakfast and check-out, meet your private guide and travel to Kiryat Shmona for a meaningful visit to one of the communities most affected by the war, including a meeting with Mayor Avihay Shtern to discuss local challenges and regional resilience. Continue to a hands-on volunteer experience with Leket Israel’s Table-to-Table project, sorting and packing rescued produce for distribution. Stop for lunch en route to Tel Aviv, then visit the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation for a guided tour focused on peacebuilding and regional cooperation. Check in at the hotel for rest before a farewell dinner at Goshen Restaurant, including a meeting with Orna Barbivai. Late evening transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for departure.
